The standalone center mount is designed to hold a round cut diamond. The gorgeous twisted split shank offers a detached look and is embellished with 48 prong set round cut diamonds, 24 each on either side. Also featured is a 14 karat rose gold carved milgrain pattern, underneath the ring in the gallery region. A bezel set round cut diamond each can be seen at the front and back center of the gallery.
